Before you pick a plan
What's the difference between monthly and the founding Author offers?
Monthly renews each month. The founding six-month and annual Author offers renew at the selected interval and lower the effective monthly price. Wordhaven does not sell lifetime access.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade mid-cycle and you'll be prorated. Downgrade and the new plan applies at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
Pay-per-test: full refund within 14 days if you've run three or fewer analyses. Subscriptions are non-refundable, and cancellation stops future renewals.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every test runs a genuine reader panel, which costs real money to produce, so there is no free tier to give away. A single Quick Reader Test is $19 with no subscription, and it is refundable within 14 days if you have run three or fewer analyses.
